Every trip runs the E11 — Sheikh Zayed Road — the only practical intercity route between the two cities. The distance is roughly 140 km door to door and takes 90 to 120 minutes depending on traffic and your exact pickup and drop-off points. Two Salik toll gates sit on the route: the Jebel Ali gate on the way out of Dubai and the Al Barsha gate on the central Dubai approach. On monthly plans both gates are included in your rate; on single trips your confirmed fare is already toll-inclusive — nothing is added at the end of the journey.Departure timing matters more than most passengers expect. Morning slots leave at 5:30, 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 AM; the runs before 6:30 AM are consistently the smoothest. Evening returns from Abu Dhabi leave at 2:00, 4:00, 5:00 and 6:30 PM. Our drivers plan around the Salik-gate build-up windows, which is why "on time" at 6 AM on the E11 actually means on time.
All drivers undergo background checks, defensive driving certification, and are full-time employees — not contractors.
