Will the price stay the same throughout the month?

MB Car Lift: The price agreed at the start of your plan does not change during the active billing cycle. If we need to adjust pricing for a future cycle, we notify you before the next billing date — not after.
Is it the same driver, or a different one each day?
On a recurring commute, driver familiarity eliminates the repetitive explanation of your exact pickup point, building entrance, and timing preference. It is a small thing that adds up significantly over a month.
MB Car Lift: Monthly subscribers are assigned a primary driver for their route. You will have the same driver for the majority of days. Substitutions happen occasionally but are the exception, not the pattern.
What happens when my schedule changes?
Office life is not perfectly predictable. A monthly plan that cannot accommodate occasional changes is rigid in a way that causes friction — exactly what you were trying to avoid by signing up.
MB Car Lift: Timing adjustments are handled via WhatsApp directly with the driver. We ask for reasonable advance notice. Occasional missed days with notice are not deducted from the monthly count. Consistent last-minute changes may affect the plan structure.
What is the per-trip cost once you account for everything?
The headline monthly rate is only meaningful if it includes the costs that are often excluded — Salik tolls especially. A plan that excludes tolls will cost more than quoted on every single trip.
MB Car Lift: Salik tolls on the E11 route are included in all monthly plans. The rate quoted is the rate paid. On the AED 800 compact plan covering 22 trips, the all-in per-trip cost is approximately AED 37 — inclusive of tolls.

Confirm via WhatsApp and we assign your driver. You receive their name, vehicle registration, and direct WhatsApp number before your first trip. Payment at plan start by cash or bank transfer.
04. The Plan Runs — Adjust as Needed
The service runs on your agreed schedule without daily reconfirmation. Small changes go to the driver directly. Renewal is opt-in — we will ask before the next billing cycle begins, not auto-charge.
What changes with notice: departure time (~1 day WhatsApp notice), minor pickup point moves with the driver, skipped days / travel with advance notice (public holidays auto-excluded), day-of-week pattern at next billing cycle.
Locked mid-cycle: monthly rate, vehicle type, primary driver (subs rare + communicated), Salik inclusion, agreed route.
